I'm a movement artist, community healer, and radical dreamer rooted in art, healing justice, and embodied liberation. With over a decade of training in hip-hop, stepping, contemporary dance, yoga, Pilates, and somatics, I'm a 200-hour certified yoga teacher (Breathe4Change, SEL focus) and am completing a 500-hour Pilates certification after studying under top Bay Area instructors.
My teaching blends trauma-sensitive movement, mental health, and storytelling, creating spaces in schools, community centers, and grassroots organizations where wellness is accessible, culturally resonant, and transformative. Inspired by Black queer nightlife, ancestral wisdom, and radical imagination, I curate movement experiences infused with astrology, journaling, and the liberatory power of dance.
From co-founding She is Worthy (2012) to launching Restorative Yogi (2015) and now (Mo)tion, my journey is a love letter to Oakland, Vallejo, and the communities that raised me—where joy, resistance, and reclamation move together.
